As part of our mission to help Syrians achieve their dreams and improve their overall English Language Skills, the team at English Skill Up (ESU) has launched an initiative aimed at assisting Syrians by proofreading their IELTS writing topics. The initiative is called IELTS Writing Clinic.
At ESU's IELTS Writing Clinic, we offer a free correction service where we highlight your mistakes, suggest corrections, offer an estimated band score and recommend how to improve your skill in the writing test.
This unique and free service can be used to proofread any of the IELTS writing tasks:
The academic writing task 1 (IELTS report)
The academic writing task 2 (IELTS essay)
The general writing task 1 (IELTS letter)
The general writing task 2 (IELTS essay)
When you submit your writing, it’ll be analyzed and evaluated by a team of experienced English teachers.
The document will be checked for:
Grammar
Spelling
Punctuation
Word usage
Word choice
Range of vocabulary
Corrections will be made on a Word Document and comments will be added using the track changes feature in Microsoft Word.
We will give an estimated overall IELTS band with a score in each of the individual components: Task Response, Coherence and Cohesion, Lexical Resource, Grammatical Range and Accuracy. (Keep in mind that these are only estimated scores ).
Your topic will be then returned within 48 hours with correction comments shown as well as a detailed written report with improvement suggestions.
